Professional track
PS Field Agent

The ambassador advantage

Field agents can apply directly — no ambassador background required. But ambassadors who complete 90 verified reports and graduate to field agent status skip straight to the premium pay tier. The program rewards community experience with a permanent pay advantage from day one.

How to submit a violation report

Every report goes through a 3-step verification process. AI reviews the photo and GPS data before it reaches the PS dispatch queue. Fast, accurate, and fully documented.

Spot the violation
You observe a parking violation in your community. Do not approach the vehicle or the driver.

Open the report form
Scan the nearest PS QR code on a community sign, or open the PS reporting portal directly on your phone.

Take the photo
Use the in-app camera only — no uploads. The photo is GPS-stamped and timestamped automatically at the moment of capture.

Submit within 5 minutes
Reports must be submitted within 5 minutes of the photo. Late submissions are automatically rejected to protect the integrity of every record.
AI review
Automatic validation
Every report is reviewed by PS's AI compliance system before entering the dispatch queue. GPS boundary, photo quality, violation type, and time window are all verified automatically.
Dispatch
PS sends a field agent
Validated reports trigger PS dispatch. A field agent responds to the location. Your identity is never disclosed to the vehicle owner or any third party.

Report logged to your profile
Every approved report counts toward your 90-report graduation threshold. Your accuracy rate is tracked — consistent, accurate reporters are the foundation of the program.
Ambassador rules

What ambassadors do — and don't do

The ambassador role is observe and report only. Devices are deployed exclusively by certified PS field agents. This line is absolute.

  • Touch, handle, or deploy any immobilization device
  • Confront, approach, or speak to the vehicle owner
  • Identify themselves as a PS employee or officer
  • Make promises or statements about enforcement outcomes
  • Submit reports from outside their designated community
  • Upload or alter photos taken outside the PS portal

The hard line: Ambassadors never touch a device and never confront a driver. These are not suggestions — they are absolute program requirements. A single violation of either rule results in immediate removal from the program with no appeal. The safety and legal integrity of every enforcement action depends on this line being held without exception.
Field agent compensation

What field agents earn

PS field agents are 1099 independent contractors. Pay is per deployment, based on response time and ambassador graduation status. Set your own availability — respond when you're ready.

Tier 1
Standard rate
Starting rate for new field agents applying directly. Standard response window.
Tier 2
Priority response rate
Agents who consistently respond within the priority dispatch window.
Tier 3
Ambassador graduate rate
Premium starting rate for ambassadors who complete 90 verified reports and graduate to field agent. This is your rate from day one.
Independent contractor status. PS field agents operate as 1099 independent contractors under The Signature Group LLC d/b/a PS Community Parking Solutions. No minimum hours, no schedule requirements. Agents respond to dispatches when available. A signed Independent Contractor Agreement is required before the first deployment.
